铁路信(xin)号微机联锁系统现应用与发(fa)展

【摘要】随(sui)着科学技(ji)术的(de)快速发展,我国铁(tie)路(lu)信(xin)号(hao)技(ji)术与(yu)(yu)设备已经从(cong)传统(tong)单一向(xiang)综合化(hua)、系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)性发展方向(xiang)转变,为达到(dao)安(an)全(quan)行车及(ji)全(quan)面(mian)提高列车运输(shu)效率,必(bi)须重视(shi)铁(tie)路(lu)信(xin)号(hao)联锁(suo)系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)的(de)合理应用(yong)(yong)。微机联锁(suo)系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)作为现阶(jie)段应用(yong)(yong)最多的(de)联锁(suo)系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong),其车站信(xin)号(hao)自动控制系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)主要依(yi)靠(kao)计算(suan)机技(ji)术进行,系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)控制主要应用(yong)(yong)于(yu)进路(lu)、道岔与(yu)(yu)信(xin)号(hao),利用(yong)(yong)计算(suan)机技(ji)术达到(dao)三(san)者联锁(suo)的(de)作用(yong)(yong)。基于(yu)此(ci),本(ben)文就铁(tie)路(lu)信(xin)号(hao)微机联锁(suo)系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)现应用(yong)(yong)与(yu)(yu)发展进行分析探讨。 

引言 

在列车实际调度运行时,最为重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)就(jiu)是车站(zhan)之间设备信(xin)(xin)号(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)约关系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)严(yan)密性(xing),提(ti)高信(xin)(xin)号(hao)制(zhi)(zhi)约的(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)对(dui)保障列车的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)运行具有(you)重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)意义。联(lian)锁设备通过(guo)控制(zhi)(zhi)车站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)岔口、进路(lu)和信(xin)(xin)号(hao)来(lai)保证信(xin)(xin)号(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)严(yan)密制(zhi)(zhi)约。微机联(lian)锁系(xi)(xi)统较原有(you)继(ji)电电气集中系(xi)(xi)统而言,具有(you)占(zhan)地面积(ji)小、投资(zi)低(di)、故(gu)障率低(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)优点,不仅提(ti)高了技术的(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),还有(you)效增加了其经(jing)济效益,对(dui)我国铁路(lu)建设的(de)(de)(de)(de)前景展望具有(you)重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)现实意义。 

一、铁(tie)路信号微机(ji)联锁系统(tong)的概述 

1.微机联锁(suo)系统的(de)定义(yi) 

联(lian)锁(suo)指(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是在火车(che)(che)(che)行(xing)(xing)(xing)车(che)(che)(che)中,保证安全(quan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)车(che)(che)(che)信号(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技术(shu)(shu)措施(shi),制(zhi)约(yue)(yue)(yue)了信号(hao)(hao)设备(bei)和相关因(yin)素(su)。从广义来(lai)看(kan),指(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是各(ge)种信号(hao)(hao)设备(bei)间的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相互限制(zhi),狭(xia)义指(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是各(ge)车(che)(che)(che)站信号(hao)(hao)之间的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)约(yue)(yue)(yue)束关系。在实际的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)车(che)(che)(che)中,主要(yao)关注的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是狭(xia)义方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)定义,注重的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是车(che)(che)(che)站间信号(hao)(hao)设备(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)约(yue)(yue)(yue)关系,关系严密,在一定程度上可以促进车(che)(che)(che)辆的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)出行(xing)(xing)(xing)。联(lian)锁(suo)设备(bei)就是指(zhi)实施(shi)这种技术(shu)(shu)措施(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)设备(bei),主要(yao)用来(lai)控制(zhi)车(che)(che)(che)站的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道岔、进路合信号(hao)(hao)。联(lian)锁(suo)设备(bei)经(jing)过(guo)长(zhang)期的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)发展,由前期古老的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)机(ji)械联(lian)锁(suo),发展为继电器开(kai)联(lian)锁(suo),后来(lai)随着(zhe)技术(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不断革新,微(wei)机(ji)联(lian)锁(suo)成(cheng)为了主要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)发展形式。 

2.微机(ji)联(lian)锁系统的组成

二、铁路(lu)信(xin)号微机(ji)联锁系统的(de)应用分析 

1.联锁软件

2.站(zhan)场设备(bei)控制方式 

在科技快速发展的今天,铁(tie)路(lu)信号(hao)联锁(suo)系(xi)统愈加完善(shan),将(jiang)微机联锁(suo)系(xi)统合理应用(yong)于铁(tie)路(lu)信号(hao)系(xi)统,对提升系(xi)统实时性(xing)、可靠性(xing)具有至关重要的作用(yong),为此,本文以站场设备控(kong)制方式的应用(yong)进(jin)行了分析与探究(jiu)。 

(1)站场(chang)设(she)备(bei)(bei)集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)。作(zuo)为(wei)一种(zhong)实时控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong),信号联锁系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)应具有(you)(you)(you)良好可靠性、安全性,集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)为(wei)现(xian)阶段我国微机联锁系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)中(zhong)普遍选(xuan)取的(de)(de)站场(chang)设(she)备(bei)(bei)。(2)站场(chang)设(she)备(bei)(bei)现(xian)场(chang)总(zong)线(xian)(xian)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)。于(yu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)可靠性而言,集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)式(shi)计算机控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)将(jiang)(jiang)直接(jie)影响其(qi)(qi)可靠性,甚至产生风险集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)问题。作(zuo)为(wei)一种(zhong)工业(ye)数(shu)据(ju)总(zong)线(xian)(xian),现(xian)场(chang)总(zong)线(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)功(gong)能为(wei)各个通(tong)信数(shu)据(ju)、控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)设(she)备(bei)(bei)间信息(xi)(xi)传送(song)(song)问题的(de)(de)处理,如数(shu)字通(tong)信等(deng)。选(xuan)取现(xian)场(chang)总(zong)线(xian)(xian)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)作(zuo)为(wei)微机联锁控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong),可对(dui)输入、输出(chu)接(jie)口卡大(da)大(da)降低,与集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)相(xiang)比,电电缆(lan)长度也所(suo)(suo)有(you)(you)(you)减(jian)少。调度控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)接(jie)收(shou)的(de)(de)进(jin)程信息(xi)(xi)由(you)列车(che)运行(xing)进(jin)程发出(chu)。调度控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)设(she)备(bei)(bei)在分解控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信息(xi)(xi)后向相(xiang)关(guan)设(she)备(bei)(bei),如转辙机等(deng)发送(song)(song),且(qie)对(dui)所(suo)(suo)有(you)(you)(you)设(she)备(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)运行(xing)进(jin)行(xing)监控(kong)。当所(suo)(suo)有(you)(you)(you)设(she)备(bei)(bei)在对(dui)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信息(xi)(xi)接(jie)收(shou)后,将(jiang)(jiang)自身(shen)相(xiang)关(guan)信息(xi)(xi)发送(song)(song)给和此(ci)次动作(zuo)相(xiang)关(guan)的(de)(de)其(qi)(qi)他(ta)设(she)备(bei)(bei),并对(dui)其(qi)(qi)他(ta)设(she)备(bei)(bei)发出(chu)的(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)关(guan)信息(xi)(xi)进(jin)行(xing)接(jie)收(shou),除此(ci)之(zhi)外,对(dui)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信息(xi)(xi)内的(de)(de)动作(zuo)命令(ling)加以(yi)执行(xing)。现(xian)场(chang)总(zong)线(xian)(xian)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)中(zhong)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)与设(she)备(bei)(bei)安全性普遍较高(gao),可选(xuan)取标准化信息(xi)(xi)技术(shu)得(de)以(yi)实现(xian)。 

三、微机(ji)联锁(suo)系统在铁路信号中应(ying)用的发(fa)展前景 

1.技术发展前景
